Britney Loses Visitation With Sons For Now

Britney Spears has lost visitation rights for now with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, according to a court document released Thursday. "[Spears's] visitation with the minor children is suspended pending [her] compliance with court orders," the document reads. No further explanation was given. However, on September 17, the pop star was ordered to complete a long list of court requirements, including random drug tests, work with a parenting coach, and counseling.

The ruling, first reported by TMZ.com, was handed down by L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon after Kevin Federline's lawyer requested an emergency hearing Wednesday. A lawyer for Britney had no immediate comment. After being temporarily stripped of custody on October 1, Britney had been granted visitation rights with access roughly every other day with her sons. She was allowed an overnight visit once per week with the children after making a personal appearance in court last week. Both Britney and Kevin are required to attend the next scheduled hearing on October 26.
