News In James Brown Paternity Case
Tomi Rae Hynie, who claims to be the fourth wife, of The Godfather of Soul, James Brown has chosen a guardian for her son. The child needs a court appointed guardian in the paternity case. Hynie picked attorney Stephen M. Slotchiver of Charleston, South Carolina. The child, James Brown II, was not included in James Brown's will. (Hynie was also left out.) The singer who died December 25, 2006 was buried last month in a crypt on his daughter's land. Hynie's attorney, Robert Rosen said, "Her public position has always been that she has no objection to a DNA test."
